This certification equips leaders with the tools, knowledge, and methodology to guide teens through the seven key modules of PlayWell7 — a proactive and research-informed program designed to strengthen mental resilience, emotional literacy, and personal well-being in youth. The program merges engaging keynote-style sessions with a custom-built digital app, making mental fitness training accessible, fun, and rooted in everyday experiences relevant to teens.

As a certified PlayWell7 Coach, you will:

• Understand the science behind Teen Mental Fitness and the need for proactive mental training.

• Learn how to deliver the 7-step curriculum, including themes like Calm, Acceptance, Situation, Vision, Evaluation, and Celebration.

• Practice interactive methods that connect with young minds — through storytelling, music, and gamified reflection.

• Gain confidence in using the PlayWellMinds app as a support tool for habit-building and engagement.

• Become part of a growing community focused on empowering the next generation with lifelong “mental muscles.”

With mental health challenges increasing among youth and nearly 50% of lifelong issues beginning by age 14, PlayWell7 offers a preventive and empowering alternative. Certified Coaches are at the frontline of this mission, leading the charge in schools, clubs, and communities.
