MS Excel based Decision Making

The Exceutive Developmen Program on "Microsoft Excel based Decision Making" was a  9-day immersive program conducted for the members of Armed Forces and their family members to refresh and build upon analytical and decision making capabilities. The program touched upon the basics of Excel functionalities , and then comprehensively covered all moderate level functions including  VLookup, Pivot Table etc. The program also delved into advanced applications for decision making in Operations such as Linear Programming, Transporatation problems and Network flow models. At the end of the program, the participants achieved a good hands-on functionality expected from a manager in Corporate settings.
