About

Business and People Development Associates Limited (BPD) created and developed the “Entrepreneurs Business Builder” (EBB) programme. This programme was designed to assist women entrepreneurs in business for two years or more, to develop 21st century, technology-enabled and future-proof profitable businesses, incorporating the framework and tools from Georgina Terry’s best-selling book “The Amazing Race to Entrepreneurial Freedom”.

Republic Bank was the sponsor for this cohort.

By the end of the programme, the participants will have experienced tangible results in their business such as an increased profit, a larger customer base, new established and seamless technology-enabled processes and a wider network of like-minded entrepreneurs, businesses and professionals.

Earning Criteria

By completing EBB, participants achieved the following:

Understood the fundamentals of business ownership
Became more business savvy and there was an increase in confidence
Implemented new digital tools and techniques in their businesses
Developed a three strategic plan, financial budgets and an operational plan
Developed more confidence in themselves and what they are capable of achieving as entrepreneurs
Built a wider business network and community
