Our “Supercharge the Trainer” instructional skills course will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel as a technical trainer. Through our virtual interactive sessions, you will learn how to plan and prepare for effective class delivery, utilize various delivery methods and technologies, cater to the diverse learning styles of your students, and assess both student and trainer performance.

Nowadays, the IT industry is increasingly shifting towards online deliveries, so our course will also explore the differences between online, hybrid, and in-person class deliveries, and provide insights into how you can optimize your effectiveness with each type of delivery.
