Instructor-led learning, whether virtual classroom or in-person classroom, is comprehensive and includes all DDI courses as well as some AGCO-designed courses. These courses are specifically tailored to develop all nine competencies outlined in the AGCO competency model. Employees can earn a certificate by enrolling in one targeted leader level curriculum and completing at least six classes.
