The KDN Leadership Essentials Program is a six-month leadership development journey designed and delivered by Vidas que Inspiran Leadership Hub for the leaders of KDN.

The program began with a kickoff workshop, followed by six monthly sessions of three hours each, focused on strengthening the core leadership capabilities identified as strategic priorities by the organization.

Through a practical and experiential approach, participants developed essential leadership competencies to effectively lead themselves, their teams, and their results. The program was structured around six key modules:

• Effective Communication — Developing clarity, intention, and impact in everyday interactions to reduce ambiguity and improve alignment.
• Feedback Conversations — Learning to distinguish feedback from other types of conversations and deliver it in a clear, constructive, and growth-oriented way.
• Crucial Conversations — Building the ability to navigate difficult conversations, manage conflict, and reach meaningful agreements.
• High Performance Team Management — Strengthening the ability to lead teams toward results through clarity, trust, and effective execution.
• Accountability and Ownership — Fostering responsibility, commitment, and follow-through to drive consistent performance.
• Healthy High Performance Culture — Creating environments where results and well-being coexist, promoting trust, engagement, and sustainable performance.

This credential certifies that the participant successfully completed the full program and actively engaged in the development of key leadership skills aligned with the organization’s leadership expectations.
