The Entrepreneurial Masters Program (EMP) is a highly selective, three-year executive education experience designed for established EO members. Each cohort of 68 entrepreneurs commits to a transformative journey—four immersive days per year devoted to deep learning, practical application, and strategic growth.

Across three years, EMP strengthens leaders in five core areas essential for entrepreneurial excellence: People, Strategy, Finance, Leadership, and Execution.
