MS Copilot Studio & Power Platform Workshop

The MS Copilot Studio & Power Platform programme at AGCO University was delivered as a part of the Tech Talent Development Initiative at AGCO University, designed to strengthen future-ready technical capability and support AGCO’s ongoing digital transformation journey. The programme provided a structured learning experience focused on building practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Automate, enterprise integrations, governance, deployment, monitoring, and optimization. It was designed not only to introduce core platform concepts, but also to help participants understand how these technologies can be applied in real business environments to improve efficiency, automation, decision-making, and innovation.

A strong emphasis was placed on applied learning through a hands-on instructor-led workshop, enabling participants to move beyond theory into direct practice. Throughout the programme, learners worked on creating and configuring AI agents, designing multi-step conversational workflows, managing environments and permissions, integrating enterprise knowledge sources, connecting external applications, and orchestrating business processes through automation. This practical approach helped participants build confidence in using the platform in ways that are relevant to modern enterprise needs, while also reinforcing best practices in security, governance, and scalable solution design.
