This course supports professionals to gain understanding of how to implement, perform, interpret and apply Lean - Six Sigma methodology. The course is intended for individuals who need to be well versed in the Lean Six Sigma Approach in order to lead small to medium sized process improvement projects at work. It makes known to the student to more complex Six Sigma statistical methods as well as Lean Leadership styles and emerging a Lean Culture in the workplace.

Participants attended a specialized training course on Lean - Six Sigma methodology based on the BOK of Green Belt level:
LSS Fundamentals, Process Flow and Value Stream Mapping, Wastes, Cost of Poor Quality
Define Phase: Problem Definition, Project Selection, Business Case, Project Charter
Measure Phase: Process Discovery, Six Sigma Statistics, Measurement System Analysis, Process Capability
Analyse Phase: Inferential Statistics,Correlation and Regression Analysis,Analyse Phase Quiz, DOE (Design of Experiments), Introduction to Hypothesis Testing
Improve Phase: Lean Tools for improvement, Implementation strategies for improvements
Control Phase: Control Plans, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Control Charts
