The Management Essentials 2024 program is a landmark initiative tailored exclusively for members and families of the Armed Forces. This online-live program on Business Administration, jointly certified by MILVEST and the Indian Institute of Management Shillong, ran from 30 January 2024 to 31 October 2024, offering an unparalleled learning experience.

Participants spanned the entire length and breadth of India, encompassing the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard, with the eldest being a 78-year-old Vande-VeerNaari and the youngest, a 21-year-old final-year graduate student.
