At CelSian Academy, we have trained more than 2000 employees from the glass industry over the past 30 years. Our courses are updated regularly to address the newest challenges in furnace operation and glass production. We offer several programs including our General Glass Technology Training Course, which is held 2 times a year in Europe and the US. Additionally, shorter classes are available throughout the year on topics such as redox management, electric melting of glass, energy efficiency, bubble diagnosis, glass coloration etc. We offer courses online and on-site but also in-company training specifically tailored to our customers' needs.
