Training Certification holders have completed the three training levels and have the capacity and commitment to share their learning with future students. They effortlessly listen to and leverage metaphors to support their clients' self-awareness in full partnership. (100+ hours). Trainers have completed three levels of training. Trainers have demonstrated a commitment to high coaching standards, a coaching mindset, deep listening, and the ability to evoke awareness through partnership, practice, and a self-reflective process through ongoing supervision. Trainers have advanced competence and fluency in using metaphorical language schemas in their work with clients. The Trainer Level Certification must be renewed every three years.
